get to know us

hi there, i’m
britni Miller
MA, LPC
Clinical Director • Clinical Supervisor • Billing Specialist
I am an advocate for veteran mental health and a general badass
My journey into counseling was born out of my own struggles, those moments when I felt lost, alone, and overwhelmed with hopelessness. I found a sense of hope in my own counselor, whose support was truly life changing. Through that experience, I discovered my passion for this work. Walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges, reconnect with their strength, and grow is what continues to drive me.
I see therapy as a partnership and a space where we work together to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns. My role is to guide, support, and challenge you when needed, while helping you build the insight and tools to create a life that feels more stable and fulfilling beyond our work together. I believe therapy can lead to meaningful, lasting change when there is trust, consistency, and a willingness to show up honestly.
From the moment I connected with the Sovereign Soul team, I knew this was where I wanted to be. I was drawn to a group of clinicians who are passionate about accessible, high quality care and who genuinely care about the people they serve. Being a therapist is a privilege, and I don’t take that lightly. I am committed to showing up with intention, skill, and care to support you in reaching your goals.
Outside of sessions, you will usually find me laughing at my own jokes, listening to a wide range of music, or getting lost in a good book. I enjoy caring for my plants and watching them grow, and I love being outside exploring Colorado with my furry side-kick, Lenny. I also prioritize taking care of my own mind and body through movement and intentional self care.
