Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working as a teacher—mostly with kids who didn’t fit neatly into the box the world expected them to. That experience taught me a lot about people: how we learn, how we struggle, and how often we carry more than others can see. It also led me here—to this work, with you.

I work with children, teens, and adults, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that life doesn’t always go the way we thought it would. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or just not like yourself lately. Maybe you’ve been carrying things for a long time and aren’t sure where to start. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

With kids, I use play because it’s how they naturally communicate, process, and make sense of their world. With teens and adults, I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach—no pretending, no pressure to be anything other than who you are. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up messy, uncertain, hopeful, guarded… however you come is okay.

I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about understanding yourself, building new ways of coping, and reconnecting with your strengths (even if they feel a little buried right now). I’ll be there to support you, challenge you when it’s helpful, and celebrate progress along the way—big or small.
